There is no cocoon in my butterfly metaphor. This is an indictment of any institution or social system that rewards proud displays of false modesty and disparages those who stand out fearlessly as "Show offs" for enjoying their uniqueness too much. Don't dress like a caterpillar for the comfort of those who choose to crawl and dare not fly.
